Former law enforcer from Vovchansk, who supplied food and equipment to the occupiers, will be tried based on SBI materials

The SBI agents finished special pre-trial investigation into former law-enforcer from Vovchansk, Kharkiv region.

The indicment was sent to court.

It was found, that during temporarily occupation of his town man was actively assisting invaders in establishing "people's militia". Representors from russia made him responsible for logistics for the invaders. So he were personnaly going back and force to the temporarily occupied Luhansk and brought back uniforms, food and other things that were used for the needs of the occupiers.

But as soon as Ukranian Defence Forces dislodged occupants from Vovchansk, the traitor left everything and ran away after his "supervisors".

The ex-ukranian law enforcer is charged in absentia with high treason (Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides a life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The Kharkiv Region Prosecutor's Office is responsible for procedural guidance.

Earlier, the SBI finished a pre-trial investigation into fromer state inspecor of Kharkiv customs post. It was established, that during temporarily occupation of Kupyansk, he was helping occupiers to set up a fake customs post.
