Based on the SBI materials, the Security Service of Ukraine reportedsuspicion to a russian citizen who got a job as a first deputy prosecutor general in the "donetsk people's republic" terrorist organisation.

The SBI officers identified that the russian had been working for a long time in the prosecutor's office of the russian federation, then wanted to be promoted and in November 2022 voluntarily joined the "dpr" terrorist organisation and received a fake position.

The desire to become a "boss" overshadowed the realization that he would be directly involved in the criminal activities of a terrorist organization, take actions aimed at destabilizing the socio-political situation and undermining the authority of Ukrainian state authorities, persecute and contribute to the physical destruction of Ukrainian citizens and foreign citizens who support Ukraine.

The russian citizen is suspected of participating in a terrorist organisation and otherwise facilitating the activities of a terrorist organisation (part 1 of article 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
