Since the beginning of May, the SBI has initiated 86 criminal proceedings against traitors and collaborators
The State Bureau of Investigation continues its systematic activity to expose traitors who have decided to defect to the enemy. Each case is thoroughly investigated, and all collaborators will be held criminally liable.
In May, 62 criminal proceedings for high treason have already been initiated and 29 suspects have been notified of suspicion.
Twenty-one criminal proceedings were commenced for collaboration; two collaborators were notified of suspicion.
Criminal proceedings have also been initiated against three collaborators to the aggressor state (Article 1112 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The most significant number of criminal proceedings were commenced in Luhansk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
Since the beginning of the war, the SBI has already registered more than 420 criminal proceedings for high treason and collaboration.
