Former law enforcers from the Donetsk region, who "leaked" the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, will face court (VIDEO)

The SBI completed the investigation of two former law enforcers of the Donetsk region, who shared a video of the position of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They face up to 8 years of imprisonment.

According to investigators, in May 2022 law enforcers made a video exposing the Armed Forces of Ukraine's positions in the Donetsk region. The deployment location of Ukrainian servicemen was shared in the russian chatbot. These actions of the figurants threatened to destroy the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the safety of the servicemen who are protecting Ukraine.

The former law enforcers were detained and reported suspicion of the unauthorized dissemination of information about the relocation and deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, for the possibility of their identification in the area, committed under martial law, to
provide such information to other illegal military formations (Part 2 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

At the moment, the pretrial investigation has been completed, the figurants will face the court.
