The former Ukrainian judge, who is now the deputy of the fake supreme court of the lpr, is facing 15 years in prison for state treason

The SBI employees completed the pre-trial investigation of the former judge of the luhansk regional appeal court, who betrayed Ukraine and began to actively cooperate with the occupants.

The indictment was taken to court

In 2014, the former judge refused to move to Ukrainian territory and admittedly became a member of the so-called "working group on lawmaking activities of the luhansk people's republic". She developed several fake bills in the sphere of family, civil rights, and land law.
Later she was appointed deputy head of the "supreme court of the lpr" and submitted fake court verdicts against Ukrainian citizens.
She is also the head of the commission for accepting the qualification examination for the position of a judge of the so-called "lpr".

At the moment, the indictment for the crimes committed by the former judge of the luhansk regional appeal court has been filed with the court for:

• - Actions aimed at forceful change or overthrow of the constitutional system or take-over of government (Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);
• trespass against territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine (part 2 of article 110 of the CC of Ukraine);
•  high treason (part 1 of article 111 of the CC of Ukraine).

Sanctions of these articles provide punishment in a form of imprisonment for up to 15 years.
