The SBI has discovered a military arms cache of the russian federation in the Sumy region

The employees of the SBI during operational activities have found a military arms cache that was equipped by the militaries of the russian federation near the border in the Sumy region. According to operational information, it was intended for the sabotage and reconnaissance group of the enemy, which were neutralized by the Defense Forces of Ukraine during the de-occupation of the territory of the Sumy region.

Almost forty anti-tank mines, 10 improvised explosive devices, two grenade launcher shots and two boxes of 14.5 mm cartridges were kept in the cache, hidden in the forest belt.

After the expertise, the seized ammunition will be transferred to the needs of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Weapons prepared by the enemy for sabotage will work against him and will clear the Ukrainian land from the occupiers.

The criminal proceeding on the finding is investigated by the Main Department of the National Police in the Sumy region.
