In Odessa region, the SBI exposed a citizen of the russian federation who organized the illegal transfer of men over the border

The employees of the BI exposed three citizens of the Odessa region, who were transporting men of military age through the custom border of Ukraine for a fee.

It was found that the illegal business was organized by a citizen of the russian federation.
One of the members of the group looked for men of military age and offered to avoid mobilization for 12 thousand U.S. dollars. For this money, they could receive a certificate from the military-medical commission about the ineligibility for military service and further removal from the military register. This document permitted freely crossing.

Investigative actions are ongoing, the matter of informing the detainees about the suspicion is being discussed.
Information about involvement in an illegal scheme of military committee officers is being verified within the investigation of criminal proceedings for receiving an illegal enrichment by a service person (Part 3 of Article 368 of the CC of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides for a punishment of up to 10 years.
