Former russian military officer calls russian "special operation" a genocide against Ukrainian people

Thus, employees of the SBI interviewed another russian who has been living in Ukraine since 2014.

In due course, for more than five years, he served in the ground forces of the aggressor country.

To date, the man has harshly condemned Putin's regime and its aggression.

In addition, he has joined the territorial defense and defends Kharkiv from the occupiers with weapons in his hands.

"This is not a special operation at all – this is genocide of the Ukrainian people. Therefore, I do not want to have anything to do with russia, and as a symbol of this, I am destroying my russian passport,” he stresses.
