The SBI completed a special investigation against the head of one of the fake courts of the donetsk people's republic

The SBI employees completed a special investigation against a former judge of Telmanivka district court of Donetsk region, who is now working for the occupants.

The indictment was sent to court.

In 2014, during the occupation of settlements of Donetsk region, the judge purposefully supported the "donetsk people's republic" terrorist group and contributed to the formation and functioning of the fake "judiciary" in the temporarily occupied territories.

Currently, the former judge heads the so-called "Novoazovsk District Court". He continues to issue illegal court verdicts against Ukrainian citizens, spreads anti-Ukrainian propaganda, and gives interviews to russian propagandists.

The former judge of the Telmanovo District Court of Donetsk region is accused of participating in a terrorist organization (Part 1 of Article 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 15 years.

The procedural guidance in the pre-trial investigation is carried out by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

The State Bureau of Investigation once again emphasizes and warns all officials and law enforcement officers against cooperation with russian occupation troops. Severe punishment for such crimes is inevitable.
