The SBI has completed the investigation into the criminal actions of a traitor law enforcer who continues to "defend" the border between the " luhansk people's republic" and russia

The SBI has completed a special pre-trial investigation into high treason and desertion committed by a law enforcer from Luhansk region. Currently, he is on duty at the "Milove checkpoint" of the so-called "luhansk people's republic".

The SBI is doing its utmost to bring every traitor and collaborator of Ukraine to justice.

The indictment against another traitor has been sent to court.

At a time when the vast majority of Ukrainian law enforcement officers are devotedly fulfilling their duty and protecting the state, there are still some cases of betrayal of Ukraine and its people.

During the full-scale russian invasion of our country, the former law enforcement officer deliberately defected to the enemy. On the territory of the Starobilsk district of the Luhansk region, he and some of his colleagues entered the checkpoint of the occupiers and offered to "cooperate".

The traitor did not limit himself to performing "basic functions". He gave interviews to propaganda media in which he discredited Ukraine.

According to available information, the former law enforcement officer is currently "serving" at the Milove checkpoint of the so-called "LPR" on the border with russia.

He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of all property on charges of desertion and high treason under martial law (Part 4 of Article 408, Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The pre-trial investigation against his "colleagues" is still ongoing and will definitely be effectively concluded.
