The SBI completed investigation against two traitors from Luhansk region who exchanged their honor for positions of occupants' prosecutors

The SBI employees completed a special investigation against a court secretary and an assistant judge from Luhansk region, who are accused of high treason and collaboration.

The indictments have been sent to court.

After the capture of Starobilsk district of Luhansk region by russian troops, two employees of the district court began to actively cooperate with the enemy.

The secretary of the court session and the assistant judge worked on the formation of the russian occupation authorities in the occupied territory. The women assisted in the creation and work organization of the so-called "prosecutor's office of the Belovodsk district of luhansk people's republic", in which they took the positions of prosecutors.

In addition, the accused actively participated in mass "celebrations" of the so-called luhansk people's republic, promoting the occupation policy.

The special investigation on high treason (Part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and collaboration (Part 7 Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been completed.

The accused face life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

Procedural guidance is provided by the General Inspectorate of the Prosecutor General's Office.

The State Bureau of Investigation once again emphasizes and warns all officials and law enforcement officers against cooperation with russian occupation troops. Severe punishment for such crimes is inevitable.

It should be reminded that the SBI has completed a special investigation against the head of one of the fake courts of the so-called donetsk people's republic.
