Investigation of Kharkiv region traitor, who threatened her colleagues with death and agitated them to switch to the enemy, is completed
SBI employees have completed a pre-trial investigation into a former law enforcement officer from Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, who actively helped the occupiers form the so-called local police department.
The indictment has been sent to court.
After the occupation of Vovchansk, the occupiers appointed her to head the pseudo police department for minors. In her new position, she paid special attention to pro-Ukrainian teenagers.
She also patrolled the city and actively participated in the propaganda of local ukrainian security forces. She personally visited her former colleagues and threatened them with reprisals if they refused to cooperate with the racists.
In September 2022, the defendant fled the city with the occupiers.
She is accused of treason in absentia (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The sanction of the article provides for life imprisonment.
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office is providing procedural guidance in the pre-trial investigation.
Earlier, the SBI completed a pre-trial investigation into another former law enforcement officer from Kupiansk. He was an escort for the occupiers and abused Ukrainian detainees.
