The SBI detained the traitor who helped occupants to strengthen defensive positions in Kupiansk (VIDEO)

Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation detained the head of one of the sectors of the State Enterprise "Kupyansk Forestry", who, after the arrival of the rashists and the occupation of the city, cooperated with the occupiers.

After the so-called job interview in the occupation commandant's office, the man was appointed to the position of director of the forestry. One of the main requirements of the occupiers was to organize regular supply of wood to strengthen their positions. In addition, the traitor gave several official cars for the needs of the russian military and provided information about all employees.

After the release of Kupyansk, the traitor fled to one of the villages in Kharkiv district, where he tried to hide out.

The SBI established his whereabouts and detained him, by arranging an ambush near his house.

He was served a notice of suspicion of treason (Part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides for life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
