The SBI detained russian serviceman, who was hiding on the liberated territory of Kharkiv region (VIDEO)

The State Bureau of Investigation continues its work in the deoccupied territories of Kharkiv region within the framework of stabilization measures. The SBI employees are checking information on traitors and collaborators who cooperated with the occupants.

During such events, the SBI officers managed to detain a russian serviceman, a resident of moscow region, who was hiding near the village of Shevchenkove, Kupiansk district. The occupants forgot to take him with them when they fled during the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

He confessed that he went to fight against Ukraine for money. He was promised 4 thousand russian rubles for each day of service. The detainee signed a contract with the russian army on September 6, and on September 7 his unit was defeated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The SBI will hand over the detained occupant to the Security Service of Ukraine for further verification and taking appropriate measures.
