The SBI notified in absentia two more judges from Donetsk Oblast who had been working for russian terrorists for over eight years of suspicion
The SBI employees informed in absentia two former judges from the Donetsk region, who betrayed the state in 2014 and served as judges of the occupation authorities of suspicion.
After part of the Donetsk region was occupied by pro-russian illegal military formations, these judges did not leave the occupied territory. They took an active part in the creation and functioning of the fake judicial bodies of the pseudo-republika.
Three months later, one of the judges resigned as head of the so-called "Telmaniv District Court of the dpr", while another became head of the "Novoazovsk District Court of the dpr".
The two suspects are currently writing legally worthless sentences against Ukrainian citizens and commenting on their "decisions" at briefings and preconferences for propaganda TV channels, thereby creating a misleading perception of the legitimacy of the established occupation regime.
At present, the former judges are suspected in absentia of participation in a terrorist organization (part 1 of article 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 15 years.
The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office is in charge of the proceedings.
The State Bureau of Investigations discourages all officials and law enforcers from cooperating with the ruschists occupying forces. The punishment for such crimes is inevitable.
