The State Bureau of Investigation continues to take measures to identify and stop the subversive activities of russian financial and industrial groups in Ukraine.

On February 16, 2023, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine nationalized Glukhiv Quartzite Quarry LLC and Mykolaiv Alumina Plant LLC, among other enterprises of russian oligarch Deripaska, based on the materials of criminal proceedings of the SBI.

In particular, the Bureau established that Glukhiv Quartzite Quarry LLC supplies components to russia that can be used in the manufacture of a russian tactical missile system.

In April 2022, the State Bureau of Investigation blocked a supply channel for components that could be used in the manufacture of a russian tactical missile system. The illegal supplies were carried out by an enterprise from the sphere of influence of the "sanctioned" russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.

During the pre-trial investigation into abuse of office by public officials, the SBI investigators found that the Hlukhiv quartzite quarry, owned by the russian oligarch's offshore company, illegally extracted high-purity quartzite, silicon and other minerals from the Banitsky deposit in Sumy region.

The products were illegally exported to russia. According to intelligence, the silicon could be used by the aggressor in the manufacture of missiles, which were then used to strike peaceful cities in Ukraine.

Based on the materials collected by the Bureau, in April the court arrested the corporate rights of Oleg Deripaska's company, land plots of the deposits, other property (tractors, vehicles) and transferred them to the ARMA.
