The SBI brings traitors of Ukraine to responsibility: a judge from the Kharkiv region will be put on trial, another former law enforcement officer was notified of suspicion

The SBI continues to search for and bring to justice traitors and collaborators among former officials, judges, and law enforcement officers who started working for the enemy after the war started. The SBI reminds traitors of the inevitability of punishment and the unconditional victory of Ukraine.

Thus, SBI employees completed a pre-trial investigation against the head of the Vovchansk district court, who betrayed Ukraine. The indictment was sent to court.

Based on the investigation, after the occupation of Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, the head of the court personally began preparing the judicial institution for cooperation with the enemy.

She planned that court employees would start working for the occupiers under russian law and urged her subordinates to betray Ukraine. The official promised her colleagues that if they had defected to the enemy, they would receive a salary of 10 thousand rubles.

The official was also looking for accomplices among local law enforcers.

Another traitor among former law enforcement officers from the Kharkiv region was reported by the State Bureau of Investigations of suspicion of high treason.

The former Ukrainian law enforcement officer, after the occupation of the village of Borova, Kharkiv region, began working in a punitive body created by the occupiers in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.

On the instructions of the occupants, the former law enforcemer had to persuade his former colleagues to defect to the enemy. He also contributed in every possible way to strengthening the influence of the occupiers in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The former head of the Vovchansk District Court is charged with high treason, and the former law enforcement officer from Borova was reported of suspicion of high treason (Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides for life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The procedural guidance of the pre-trial investigation is provided by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Every traitor against the people of Ukraine will be brought to justice according to the Laws of Ukraine.
