The SBI informed traitor, who kept patriots abducted by occupants in pre-trial detention centre, of suspicion

SBI employees served a notice of suspicion on a former cynologist at the Kherson remand prison, who had kept patriots kidnapped by the occupiers in his cells.

After the beginning of the temporary occupation of the Kherson region and the seizure of the Kherson pre-trial detention centre, a junior inspector-cynologist of the security department received an offer from the russian special services to become a member of the fake law enforcement agency "Department of the penitentiary service in the Kherson region".

The former law enforcer betrayed his oath and willingly accepted the position of junior inspector of the service. He obeyed all the instructions of the occupier, contributed in every possible way to the work of the institution, for which he received a salary in roubles. He actively encouraged collaboration with the enemy: he called his former colleagues and persuaded them to join the illegally created institution.

It is known that he kept in the prison the inhabitants of Kherson whom the occupiers had abducted and thrown into cells for disobedience, exerted moral pressure on the prisoners and threatened them.

After the liberation of Kherson, the defendant fled with the russian military.

With the operational support of the National Internal Security Police, the perpetrator was accused of collaboration and high treason (Part 7 Art. 111-1, Part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction under this article is life imprisonment.
