The SBI reported suspicion to the deputy head of "Administration of Volodarskyi district of the donetsk people's republic"

The SBI employees served a notice of suspicion to the collaborator - the so-called deputy head of the " Administration of Volodarskyi district of  the donetsk people's republic".

The resident of Donetsk region voluntarily took a position in the illegally created by the state-aggressor occupation administration authority.

He was working for the aggressor, functioning as a representative of the senior management of the pseudo-authority in the territory of Nikolske village, Mariupol district, Donetsk region.

The citizen is suspected of collaboration under Part 2 Article 28, Part 5 Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The sanction of the articles provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 15 years with confiscation of property.

The investigation is ongoing, the work on identifying other individuals in the temporarily occupied territory who cooperate with the aggressor state is underway.
