The SBI served notification of suspicion to a high-ranking official of the Lviv Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission, who hid millions of wealth from the declaration

The employees of the SBI have served notification of suspicion to high-ranking officials of the Lviv Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission. She is suspected of declaring false information for millions of hryvnias.

In particular, she did not indicate in the declaration for 2023 that she uses such cars as BMW X5 (2021) and Mercedes GLE (2023), which are registered on her relatives. The total cost of the cars is almost 6 million hryvnias. She also did not indicate that she "rents" a parking space located in her house.

The official is suspected of declaring false information (Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the Article provides for imprisonment for up to 2 years. The suspect was also served with a petition for a measure of restraint in the form of bail and suspension from office.
