The SBI reported suspicion to the servicemen of the russian federation, who terrorized the civilians in Borodyanka and Makarov

The SBI employees reported suspicion to two servicemen of the 37th separate guards motorized rifle Don Budapest Red flag of the Red Star Brigade, 36th combined arms army of the Eastern Military District of the russian armed forces (military unit 69647 village Kyakhta, Buryatia).

It was established that these servicemen terrorized and abused the civilians of the villages of Borodyanka and Makarov of the Kyiv region at the beginning of the large-scale military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.

The troops of the occupation forces not only used the civilians to cover with a "human" shield, but also used torture, ill-treatment and other acts of violence against them.

They also carried out looting and repeatedly fired at residential buildings and civilian infrastructure of these settlements.

Two Russian occupiers were reported suspicion of violation of the laws and customs of war committed by a group of persons (Part 2 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides for a sentence of imprisonment for up to 12 years.

Procedural guidance is provided by the Office of the Prosecutor General, operational supervision is carried out by the National Police of Ukraine.
