SBI announces suspicion of treason to former MP from OPFL Rabinovych (VIDEO)
Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation have announced that Vadym Rabinovych, a former Member of Parliament of Ukraine from the banned OPFL political party, is suspected of treason.
The MP disseminated anti-Ukrainian propaganda information among the population and political leadership of the European Union.
In his numerous speeches and interviews, Vadym Rabinovych made manipulative statements that harmed the sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability, state, economic and information security of Ukraine. His propaganda activities helped the leadership of the russian federation to achieve its military and political goals and provided the russian federation with ideological assistance in conducting subversive activities against Ukraine.
The former Member of Parliament of Ukraine was served a notice of suspicion of high treason (Part 1 Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The notification of suspicion was made by sending a request for international legal assistance to the State of Israel.
The sanction of the article provides for up to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
According to the investigation, he is currently hiding abroad.
