The SBI served suspicion notices to five more collaborators from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine

The State Bureau of Investigation continues systematic work on bringing to justice traitors and collaborators who assist the invaders in the temporarily occupied territories of our country.

The State Bureau of Investigation initiated criminal proceedings against two law enforcers from Zaporizzhia region and three residents of Donetsk, Kherson and Luhansk regions.

The SBI employees reported in absentia suspicion of high treason to the inspector of the Enerhodar department of taxes and fees and a law enforcement officer. Since April 2022, they voluntarily started "serving" in the illegally created bodies - "tax inspection of kamianka-dnipro" and "seaside department of the internal affairs of berdiansk city and berdiansk district".

Currently, the tax officer is also campaigning among local entrepreneurs on the need to obtain passports of russian citizens, and to open bank accounts in the banking institutions of the aggressor country. He personally re-registers business entities and controls the collection of "taxes and payments" in favor of the occupation authorities of russia.

Meanwhile, the suspected law enforcement officer verifies the weapons possession of Ukrainian citizens at their place of residence. The seized weapons are transferred to the illegally created law enforcement agency controlled by the russian occupation authorities. He persuades citizens to cooperate with the occupiers, even demanded from one of them to head the temporarily occupied city of Primorsk, as well as participates in filtration activities to identify combatabts of anti-terrorist operation/ joint forces operation .

Former deputy head of one of the pre-trial detention centers in Donetsk region and head of one of the local departments of the National Police in Kherson region voluntarily "got employed" in illegally created law enforcement agencies.

The latter, immediately after receiving a "new position", began to comment in information videos of the so-called "federal news agency". He told propagandists about the activities of the illegally created law enforcement agency of the so-called "ministry of internal affairs of Kherson region" and humiliated the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Another suspect is from Luhansk region. The man entered into a criminal conspiracy with the occupation forces of the russian federation for the post of "deputy chief of staff of the 5th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 1st army corps of the donetsk people's republic".

Pre-trial investigations are ongoing.

The suspects from Zaporizhia are suspected of high treason (Part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), the rest are suspected of voluntary participation in an illegal armed (paramilitary) formation created in the temporarily occupied territory and in the armed formations of the aggressor state (Part 7 Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
