The SBI notified five collaborators who, together with the occupiers, conduct searches in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region of suspicion

The SBI agents served notices of suspicion on five law enforcement officers who are currently working for the enemy in the temporarily occupied Hola Prystan in the Kherson region.

After the beginning of the temporary occupation of the Kherson region, they voluntarily took up leading positions in the occupation structure - the so-called "Hola Prystan District police department of the main directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kherson region".

At present, the accused are carrying out the criminal orders of the occupation authorities, threatening the local population, conducting searches and inciting people to work for the enemy.

The former law enforcement officers are suspected of voluntarily taking up positions in illegal law enforcement bodies established in the temporarily occupied territory (Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The penalty under this article is up to 15 years' imprisonment.

The case is supervised by the Kirovohrad Regional Prosecutor's Office.
