The SBI reported suspicion to former official of Mariupol District State Administration
A former representative of the Mariupol District State Administration was notified of suspicion by SBI agents.
After Russia invaded the territory of Ukraine and temporarily occupied the region, she voluntarily has taken the job of "administrator" in the illegally established by the occupation administration of the aggressor state authority – "Administration of the pervomaisky district of the donetsk people's republic" in Mangush village, Mariupol district, Donetsk region.
The administrator helps local gauleiters to "manage" Mangush territorial community.
The woman is suspected of collaboration under Part 2 Art. 28, Part 5 Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to ten years with confiscation of property.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
The procedural guidance is carried out by the Prosecutor General's Office.
