20.01.2023
ДБР повідомило про підозру двом співробітницям правоохоронних органів Луганщини, які допомагають окупантам

The SBI employees served notices of suspicion in absentia to two former law enforcement officers who started working for russian armed forces in Markivka village, Starobilsk district, Luhansk region.

Both suspects ignored their superiors' orders to relocate and remained in the territory of russia's captured Starobilsk district.

The women helped the enemy establish occupation authorities in Markivka: one worked in the land department of the so-called "Markivka District Administration of the luhansk people's republic," and the other in the archives department.

Furthermore, the SBI is conducting a pre-trial investigation into high treason against the defendants' husbands, both of whom worked in law enforcement and betrayed their oath. One of them has already been served with a suspicion notice.

Two women have been notified in absentia of suspicion of desertion and collaboration (Part 4 of Article 408, Part 2 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides for a sentence of up to 15 years in prison.

Procedural guidance is provided by the Luhansk Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the military and defense sphere of the Joint Forces.

The State Bureau of Investigation is working tirelessly to ensure that no traitor, no matter where they hide, escapes prosecution.
