ДБР повідомило про підозру дезертиру, який втік з Маріуполя до рф після початку вторгнення (ВІДЕО)

Deserters and traitors of the Ukrainian people should remember that justice will reach them even in the territories controlled by the enemies of Ukraine. To do this, the SBI employees daily collect information and document such war crimes.

Recently, the SBI reported the suspicion of desertion to a former Ukrainian border guard, who after the start of a full-scale invasion of the russian federation in Ukraine not only fled to the aggressor country but also boasted that he would receive a russian passport.

On March 19, 2022, the chiefship sergeant-major of one of the border units of the naval guard of the State Border Service fled from his duty station in Mariupol. Later, a video appeared on social media where this person told that he was in the city of Penza and was resolving the issue of obtaining russian citizenship.

The SBI employees informed the former border guard of suspicion in absentia of desertion committed under martial law.

The sanction of the article provides for a punishment of up to 12 years in prison.

The procedural guidance of the pre-trial investigation is provided by the Mariupol Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the military and defense sphere of the combined forces.
