The SBI instituted criminal proceeding on the fact of illegal crossing of the border by the current People's Deputy of Ukraine

The employees of the SBI, under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General, instituted criminal proceeding on the fact of illegal crossing of the border by the current People's Deputy of Ukraine, who today was served notification of suspicion of committing attacks on citizens.

Currently, an investigative-operational group of the SBI is already working in Odessa, which also involves employees of the Central Office of the SBI.

The urgent investigative actions are underway to find out how the People's Deputy of Ukraine has crossed the border and who has helped him to do this.

The searches have already been conducted of the civilians and employees of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, who were probably assisting to the People's Deputy of Ukraine in illegal border crossing.  

Currently, the issue of serving notifications of suspicion is being decided.

The criminal proceeding was initiated under Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (facilitating the illegal transfer of persons across the state border).

It should be reminded that today the Prosecutor General has served notification of suspicion to the current People's Deputy of Ukraine, who participated in attacks on citizens, including the law enforcement officer, attempted theft of firearms, etc.
