The SBI, the National Police and Nova Poshta strengthen cooperation to prevent the shipment of drugs through the company's network (VIDEO)

The State Bureau of Investigation and the National Police of Ukraine are stepping up their efforts to combat drug trafficking in Ukraine, with the help of Nova Poshta.

Law enforcement officers, in particular, are tightening control over the contents of shipments and taking preventive measures to combat drug trafficking via the Nova Poshta network of branches and post offices.

In recent months, the Bureau has exposed several powerful and extensive drug production and distribution networks in collaboration with other law enforcement agencies. All criminal organizations' operations were halted.

During the operation, evidence of russian special services involvement in drug network activities was discovered.

In order to more efficiently and promptly stop the activities of drug networks, the State Bureau of Investigation, together with the National Police and Nova Poshta, developed a set of measures aimed at preventing the use of the company's facilities in the activities of criminals. Counteraction has been intensified at all levels and in all regions.

The SBI will continue to rigorously suppress such activities, and those who help the enemy will face the harshest sentences.
